Clean Eating will mean something different for each person/family. For our family, it meant cutting out a lot of food we already knew was junk, with little nutritional value.  We are striving to eat an unprocessed, plant based diet.  We are not fully vegetarian, but most meals around here are!  To learn more about our journey, click here!
