1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (or one stick) unsalted butter
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup grain sweetened chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnut coarsely ground
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
{Clean} Frosting to top with!

Preheat the oven to 350F and grease an 8 in x 8 in baking pan.

Combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt in a small mixing bowl.

Start to melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.

When your butter is all melted, add the coconut sugar to the saucepan.

Cook (while stirring to prevent scorching!) for about 3-4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Remove the pan from heat, and stir in the cocoa powder until everything is smooth and well-blended.

Stir flour mixture to it and use hand mixer to blend it.

Toss in semisweet chocolate chips, walnut and vanilla.

Beat in the eggs.Pour the wet mix in a baking dish.

Bake it for 20-25 mins.

Enjoy your BROWNIE Heaven!
