I LOVE Indian Food! The spices, the smell….I love it all!
I can’t believe that I was 20 years old before I ever tried Indian Food.

Here is my favorite chutney recipe, perfect with some homemade naan bread!
1 large bunch cilantro
1 cup mint
1 1/2 tsp. coconut sugar
1 tsp. lime juice
3 Tbs. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 serrano pepper, de-seeded & de-veined
1 tsp. fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
place all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until smooth. If it is still too thick, add a little more yogurt.
