Ranch Dressing is one of those things I’ve been wanting to “clean up”. It’s nice to have a dry mix on hand. You can make a dip, a salad dressing, use it as a dry rub, or use it in this delicious Mexican salad!
Here’s a clean version for you try!
1/2 cup powdered Buttermilk
1 Tbs dried Parsley
1 tsp dried Dill Weed
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp Pepper
Combine in a food processor and blend into a powdery consistency.
Store in a container of choice. (I use a mason jar)
To make ranch dressing:
Combine 1 tablespoon mix with 1 cup clean mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk.
Mix with wire whisk. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
To make Ranch dip:
Combine 1.5 cups sour cream with 1Tbs of dry mix. Enjoy!
