Some people have asked me “how long are you going to keep this up?” My answer is, forever! We feel so good since we have cut out all processed foods, and refined sugar/flour. We are eating new vegetables each week. I will admit is has been a HUGE transition to eating more whole foods, instead of lots of carbs/refined sugars, but I’m so glad we decided to change our diet!
Cutting out all processed foods means I’m cooking a lot more-which I love! I didn’t realize how much I would LOVE knowing exactly what is in everything I eat. No more long chemical names I can’t pronounce!
As a review of last week’s menu plan, these were our favorite dishes!
For this week, I have some fun dishes planned!

I just gottttta know if your little ones eat all this stuff! I cook really healthy meals and my kids do great but I have to be careful with my kids and not get too fancy. What are their reactions?
